Hi all,
I am on H1b with my current company and i am going to be switching jobs. My H1B transfer is in progress currently. My present company is a big established company and the company i am moving to is a startup with around 10-15 engineers. I am waiting on the H1b transfer to complete.
My question is about my travel plans to india. I have a family emergency to attend to within the next week or so. I want to understand if it should be ok to travel to India while my H1B transfer is in progress. Or if i can travel to india once my H1B transfer is done before i join the new company ? The other complication i have is that i have to go for a visa stamping too as my H1B visa stamping on the passport has expired.
Any input and help is greatly appreciated !
