    Hi,
I am planning to go for H1B Visa interview in one or two weeks. My consultant has provided the below documents for his In House project. Can someone please check and let me if these documents are fair enough.

    1. I129 petition which they filled (no approval or accepted notice)
    2. LCA filled
    3. H1B receipt notice
    4. Offer letter
    5. Supporting document which they gave with I129 petition which has the company, project details, reason for selecting me and the duration.
(above five documents are in scanned PDF only no originals)
    6. H1B Approval notice(Original)

I have to prepare the DS160, visa appointment etc later.

Please let me know whether some other document is missing and mandatory.

    Thanks in Advance

    Hi,

Ask for last 2 yrs of tax returns of ur employer. As ur's is a in-house project better be prepared on ur roles, responsibilities and project description. All the best.

This is my opinion not legal advice

    Thanks,

Rajesh thanks for your information... The consultant's company is formed only on 2013, so I am not sure how he is going to give me the tax returns. Is that mandatory ?

Not mandatory, some times they will ask.

        Thanks,
        Rajesh
