Time frame required to get receipt I797 and the NOA after approval of I-130 petition?
Petition I-130 Submission: 07/07/2014
Approved: 08/04/2014
Today Date: 08/14/2014
My I-130 petition has been approved within 30 days of submission. I got my receipt number after calling to USCIS. I am a US citizen but me and my spouse is in pakistan. Please answer or share your experience that when i will get I797 and the Notice of Action? Are these two documents are different ? how much time does it takes to get receipt I797 and the Notice of Action after approval form I-130 ?
