Maternity insurance for pre-existing pregnancy

Hi,

My wife(H4 dependent) is 4 months pregnant and will be traveling to US next month. Employer mentioned that she would be covered for pre-existing pregnancy case. Still I want to double check the same.

Can anyone please help here.
