H1B Transfer

Hi ,

I have H1B which is sponsored by my current employer. My visa will expire by end of the next month. I have never been to the US in H-1B and I am in India.
Now I am going US for short term from my current employer. My employer is filling my extension . I have few queries :

1. Can I enter in US without any problem as my visa will expire by end of Sep-2014?
2. Am I able to change my job in US within a such small duration?

1. You should not have a problem entering US as long as you have a valid petition and visa stamped in passport.
2. The next employer has to apply their own cap exempt petition. if they apply in premium it may be possible to continue in US otherwise you can always come back and get a new visa stamped .
