Name Incorrectly spelt in I797
Hi,
I am currently on OPT(F1) and my employer had filed for H1-B and I received my approved petition with my last name incorrectly spelt. My employer has raised a service request to get my name corrected.
Now, I am planning to change my employer in the month of November. However, I am not sure if the name change process would be completed before that.
What I wanted to know was whether I could change my employer with my name incorrectly spelt in I797?
