    F2 to H4

    Hi All,

    I was recently approved H1 Visa and during my H1 application i didn't apply H4 for my wife. I need to apply H4 Visa for my wife now. She is currently on F2 visa and in USA. Can you someone let me know how i can apply for the change in status and what documents i need to submit?


    Do we need a attorney for Change of Status filing or can we do on our own?
