H1B visa revoke on Oct 1st

Hi here's the questions. Thanks for your help!

- Employer A applied H1B for me, got the lottery, and the approval.
- Employer A will withdraw my visa on Oct 1st
- Is my lottery spot save after the withdrawal?

I know if the employer withdraws before Oct 1st, my spot is gone. But what if they withdrawal on Oct 1st?

Once cap counted and H1 petition approved, one remains cap exempt for the next 6 Year, so it would not matter if employer withdraws or not. But you would need the approval notice/receipt to prove that you cap exempt.

Do you have the H1 approval notice/receipt number?
