H4 Contact Person or Organization in the United States

Hi :

I am getting confused to answer this question while filling form for dependents(H4) :

Contact Person or Organization in the United States

Whether some one can help , can I give anyone's address who is currently part of my organization in USA and works at same location ?
Or should I give my name and office address(where I am going to work ) but it ask for phone number too , which I don't have ?

Please suggest .
