I am working for Employer A an Indian MNC on H1 Visa from 6months. I have found a new employer B who could sponsor for my Visa recently. The notice period for Employer A is 2 weeks but suddenly employer A informed me that I need to travel back to India in a week. The new Employer B can initiate the transfer process in 3 days. If I put my resignation after 4 days can I serve the notice period 2 weeks in US and shift to new employer B with out any issues or can the current employer force me to go to India and cause problems with experience letter etc?
