B1 To H1

Hi Frds,

I need your valuable advice plz help me out thanks in advance ... I have valid B1 Visa and now my H1 has been approved .

So if I entered into usa using B1 visa will it be possible to my change my status to H1 ???
If yes what will the process to change the status ??? How long it takes ??? And what will be the chances of getting h1 visa ??

If not what I need to do ??
