Issue With Surnames

Hi,

I have a concern on SURNAMES. My Spouse surname showing as My Surname(after Marriage) in my passport and in her passport.
But in my marriage certificate its showing her fathers name(before marriage). Will it any issue at the time of dependent H1B VISA stamping?
Is any affidavit required or do I need apply for new marriage certificate? please update.

Marriage certificates in most areas show only the maiden name of wives. That's normal.
