H1B Stamping - Urgent Reply

I came to US on F1 (Master's just one semester) and now i am on H1B. I have done my Bachelors and Masters from India. Now i am working for about a year. I am planning to go to India for H1B stamping next year in the month of February or March. My question is:

What is the minimum period i should have been working with the company who holds my H1B Visa while going for H1B stamping ?
