Hi All,
I got my h1b approval with i797B form which doesn't include the I-94 as USCIS denied my change of status(COS). I've been told to attend Hyderabad consulate with the below information in the I797B form.
"If the worker(s) will apply for a visa at a consulate other than the one listed above, the petitioner should file Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, to request us to notify the new consulate"
But right now i am thinking to go to Jamaica. Is it fine even though the consulate mentioned as Hyderabad in I797B form.
