JFK airport a Bad port of Entry for H1B holders???

Hi There,

I am travelling back to US next month along with my Wife after my India visit. My Port of Entry is JFK new york. I recently heard from my friends that JFK is a tough port of entry when compared to other POEs. Is that true? This is my third entry into US and my wife's first entry. All your suggestions are much appreciated.
