H1-B Transfer Question

Hi,

I am currently working for Company-A on L1-A VISA since 2000. Company-B has filed H1-B for me this year and I got the petetion approved in Oct-2005. Company-B however could not find a project and in the meanwhile, I got a job in Company-C. Company-C wants me to join as a full-time employee and they are ready to transfer my H1-B to Company-C. Since I do not have any paystubs from Company-B, is it OK to get the transfer to Company-C. I do however have all the paystubs from Company-A who have filed L1-B VISA for me. Please let me know if there are going to be any problems applying for VISA transfer. Also please advise me incase of any problems.

As long as you can show latest paystubs from Company A, you can transfer to C.
