Hello,
I am in 6th year of my H1B visa. My Labor was filed on 7th november, 2013 and in June 2014 it went into audit. My H1B visa expires on 21st dec 2014. I have two questions:
1.) Will I get H1 extension for 1 year since labor is in audit and it was filed 365 days earlier?
2.) How early can I apply for extension? Can I ask my employer to apply in September or October for my extension?
