Form ETA 9035E

Hi
In the form, in section F-1, second option is selected i.e Employer is a HIB dependent and/or a willful violator. But for my colleagues firts option i.e "Employer is not HIB dependent and/or not a willful violator" why is it so. Is there any problem in this, when i go to US.Also my DOB given in approval notice is wrong.

It may be that when your colleagues go the approval, your employer was not H1B dependant and later he became one when yours was filed.

It is not really a problem for you. Those types of employers have other restrictions like being unable to easily fire US citizens etc.
