I am going to transfer my h1b to b2. My h1b has only 1 year left to reach 6-year limit. Suppose I find a new employer and they apply h1b while I am in b2, how much time left do I have in H1b, 1 year, or 1 year minus the time period when I am in b2? Does the pending time for b2 and H1b count? Thanks.
