Ask for help! About changing status from B2 to H4

Dear all,

I am in the process of changing status from J to H1. My wife just got her change of status approved from H1 to B2. So right now she is in B2 status which expires in November. We were wondering if we can submit another COS application to change her B status to H4 with my application?
