urgent..are fax documents ok?

Hi,

One important attachment to my I-129 is missing and my employer says he will fax me a copy of it..Is this ok?

It depends upon what it is.

But most of those types of documents should be ok.

yeah they wouldnt really object for carrying a fax copy for most kind of the documents, It depends on how important the document is you are taking about, So please be more clear about it..............

The attachment missing is a document which describes the duties as an answer to a question in H Classification supplement to I-129.
ie H-supplement to I-129 section 1 question 1 asks.
"describe the proposed duties"
the answer given in the document (H-classification supplement)
'see the attached statement letter".
This statement letter which was supposed to be attached was missing.

I guess a fax copy should be ok here as per your responses.
