Hi,
I got H1b stamping last month with Company A. The visa is valid from oct 2014 to sep 2017.
I am now planning to move to Company B, since it is a better company than A and offered a better Job.
What should be the process i follow?
1) Should i got US in OCT and then request Company B to do the H1b transfer in premium?
2) Request Company B to do H1B transfer now immediately, but travel to US with A and then move to B.
If there are better and preferred ways please let me know.
