Hi,
I'm currently on L1A. I'm not eligible for EB1 for GC.
I'll complete 6 yrs of stay by April 2016.
I'm looking to get converted to H1.
One of the employers I met with, told me that they can file GC for me without H1 visa. Once the labor application is approved, though the H1 quota is over, USCIS will give me a H1 visa if my perm is approved. Is this true?
Appreciate your help and advise on this.
Thanks,
SRK.
