H1 petition expiry & filing in CAP exemption
Hello friends,
I have a doubt and need your help. I had my H1 petition approved for an year last year (valid until 30th Sep 2014). However, during the visa interview I was asked to submit the requirement letter from the client. Due to the delay in process, the onsite position was lost to somebody else and I could not get the letter and thereby the visa stamped. Now there is another opportunity and I would like to go for H1 visa. Can it be done in the CAP exempt category? Can somebody guide me on the procedure please?
