I am currently working for a non-profit organization A on cap-exempt H1b visa. In april 14, an employer B offered me a job and cap-subject H1b was filed and approved, which is effective from Oct 1st, 2014. Due to personal reasons, I wish to continue with employer A for another 7-8 months and then move to either employer B or any other employer who I can find a good opportunity with. Employer B said he would withdraw my approved H1B and I am concerned about its implications.
I know I can continue working with employer A with out any problem. But, if I choose to move to any other 'for profit' employer 7-8months down the line, would I have to file a cap-subject petition again or am I cap-exempt in the following scenarios
1. employer B does not withdraw my approved petition
2. employer B withdraws my approved petition before Oct 1st, 2014
3. employer B withdraws my approved petition after Oct 1st, 2014.
Please help, I am in need of advice.
