W2-Foram and Employer Office photos

Hi,

I am having PA date in this month for H1B stamping. Do we need the W2 form of the Employer and the photographs of the employer’s office?

Please help if the consulate is expecting the above two.

I think you have some confusion.

W-2 form is not for the employer, but for employee. Employer issues W-2 to the employee that states the amount of money (salary, bonus etc.) that the employer paid to the employee in a last year.

Regarding photos, they may be asked if you are joining a small company.

The W-2 form I am referring is about the tax returns of the company. I have heard that for some people VOs are asking about the tax returns filed by the company.

That is not W2.

That is something like 1120S or 1120C etc. That may be asked in some cases.
