Premium Processessing for H1B Extention

Hi All,

Can someone tell me, how can I check if my application is upgraded to premium processing.
I have filled my Visa Extention under normal processing on 26th Aug and upgraded to Premium on 9th of Sept, Still its showing underinitial review and I need to travel to India on 19th of Sept.
Should I travel during the extention process and what are the things I should do before I travel so that it will not impact my extention.
