    H1B Stamped but never used

    Hi,

    I have my h1b stamped in 2001 but I never travelled to USA.. Will I be eligible for cap exempt ? I have my receipt number... Will any employer be able to apply for me with just my receipt number if I am cap exempt ??

    I also got a h1b in 2008 but not stamped. Even I dont know my receipt number. Please suggest.
