H1-B Transfer

Hello,

I hold a H1-B with my current company as a sponsor of this Visa and it is valid for another year from now.Currently I am residing outside USA. For some reason my sponsor/employer are not sending me to USA. so, I want to transfer my visa to another USA employer. In that case do I need to re-visit the US embassy here in my home country?
