w2 form and pay stubs.

Hi all,
I left us almost 4 years back after working 3 years on H1.
Now again planning to go with a new H1.
Do I need all the pay stubs?
I also do not have latest W2 (the year which i left).Is it mandatory to carry documents older than 4 years?
