Attending H1B interview out side home country

I have applied for H1B visa for the first time. And I dont have any US visa till now. I am in Mexico right now. And my Home Country is India. Can I attend my H1B visa interview in Mexico?

Please provide suggestions.

Are you working in Mexico? If yes, do check with US consulate at Mexico if they entertain a TCN (Third Country national) for first time stamping . I would assume they do, but nonetheless check.
