Is H1 restamping Required?

I have question regarding restamping of H1-B Visa.

I came to US this year from consultantA and I resigned and joined consultantB. I got my H1 Visa transferred from consultantA to consultantB, but on my passport Visa is stamped by consultantA which is valid until June 2006 and I94 is also valid until June 2006. I am planning to go to India for 2 weeks on Jan 2006. So, I need to know whether I need to have my Visa restamped ? Because, I am holding H1 petition from consultantB and Visa from consultantA.

No, you don't require visa stamping. Just carry the visa approval from company B.

Thanks for your reply. That means, I will be getting the separate docs for VisaApproval along with H1 petition from company B, RIGHT? Correct me if I am wrong.

So, when I will be traveling to India I should have -
H1 Petition from company B.
Visa Approval (not sure what exactly it means)
Stamped Visa from Company A on my passport(which is valid until Jun 2006)

Please confirm me.
