H1-B visa pereference with L1

I have US B1 visa valid till 2023 and a L1 visa valid till 2017.I have travelled to US with my L1 visa from November 2013 to July 2014.
I recently changed my company in india and now working for a service company based out in india.
Will i get any kind of preference/Cap exemption if i apply for H1B visa for 2015.
