L1B to H1B COS approved but petition not received, also traveling outside US
Hi,
My L1B to H1B COS has been approved on Sept 2nd, but still my attorney saying they didn't got my approved petitions yet.
But I am going back to India on October 8th, on October end I am in plan for visa interview too, the following are my questions:
1. Do i need to submit my new i94? i still didn't got that yet.
2. How long by maximum it will take to receive the original petition by attorneys from USCIS?
3. If i gave my old L1B i94 at exit in US, this will create any problem in my visa interview? because i didn't submitted my new i94, which is going to available with i797A?
Please advice.
