Hi All,
I got converted from H4 to H1 during this year CAP. I have few questions about my start date.
1. How to identify whether my H1 conversion applied as COS or not? In the approval notice i am seeing a different I94 number in H1 notice than my H4 approval notice
2. My H4 is valid till Jan 02 2015, if my H1 is applied as COS then should i be start working from Oct 1st, 2014?
3. I am 8 month pregnant now and requested my employer for maternity leave and they agreed to it, how many months can i take leave with this situation and will it create any problem if i go for stamping in near future. (I am planning to start work from Mar 2015 onwards)
Kindly help me with my doubts.
