H1B Visa Transfer Need Urgent Help
Hi,
I am currently on my second H1b from company A right now. My H1b visa has expired last Dec, 2013. I am planning on an urgent visit to India in October 2014. I have received a job offer from company B where I will start working from the 3rd of Nov. after I am back from India. Company B has already initiated the process of filing my H1b transfer application for which I did not receive the receipt or notice yet. I am planning on submitting my application via drop box to get a new visa with company A's name. What would be the risks? I have two major concerns:
1. If I do not get an approved H1b from company B (let us say it is still pending) what will be the case? Will something have to change related to my I 94s upon arrival?
2. If I get an approved H1b from company B, what will be the scenario then? What will I do to the I 94 that I have received with my new H1b?
