Can I change Employer in US when 221 g is in progress

Hi ,

I need advise on my current 221 g situation.

employer A filled H1B petition in April 2014. I came to US on H4 visa in June 2014.This is my first visit to US . I do not have prior US work experience. H1B Petition got approved in August 2014. Since COS was not applied during H1B petition filling, I had to go India for H1B stamping. I got white slip during interview. VO retutned all documents along with Passport.

My question is :

1. Can I come back to US on H4 visa and look for another employer ( Employer B) who can file change of status from H4 to H1 with reference to my Approved H1B petition.( Which was filled by Employer A)
2. Doing so, will it impact my current 221 g process?
3. If 221 process gets completed meanwhile, what are my options ?( Can I cancel current H4 to H1 conversion and stay with employer A ? )
