H1b VISA transfer, unique case

I am currently with Company B, and my H1B visa transfer from Company A to B is in RFE state. Company A has revoked my H1B, can I still transfer my visa to Company C?

Either wait for B's petition to be approved and then transfer to C, OR, leave US, and re enter on a valid visa but with C's approved petition.

Thanks Raghvi. So are you suggesting that C can still transfer my visa from A? Or would they need to file a new one?
Now once they have transferred the visa then do I need to go join C before going out of US? Or can I just go out of US, get stamping done and re-enter US while working for B?
