H1B filing through a sponsor
Hi -
I am currently living in USA on a L1B Visa. I have the following questions. Appreciate if someone can provide me with a clarification.
1. I am currently working in Company A in USA on L1B Visa. Company B is ready to sponsor me a H1B Visa. Since i wanted to continue to work with Company A, If my petition is approved can i transfer my petition to Company A before stamping?
2. I will not be resigning Company A but just wanted to transfer my petition from Company B to A. Is this legal?
