Fresh H1B-15 Denied : Currently on Expired L1B but valid I-94 for 2 more years

Hi,

Fresh H1B-2015 - Decision DENIED yesterday. The Denied Status is shown in "Decision" Tab in USCIS Website.

L1B - Visa Expired - I-94 valid for 2 more years.


1) Can I continue to work on L1B for Old Employer?


2) Can my New Employer File of Appeal on H1B-2015 Denial?
I dont know what is the reason for Denial. My New Employer should be getting a mail in next 15 days.

As per my Employer the Project Details provided are not satisfactory and hence the rejection.
Employer is not Ready to give me the documents obtained for rejection.

Employer is ready to file for MTR. What are the chances of Visa Approval after Denial in this case?
