I am trying to work towards making a setup where the end client is Client-1.
If I can get a client letter from Client-1 . It would state that I am working
in Client-1 from Feb - 2014, till Feb 2015. That is left over time is about 5 months ..
Questions
1. If New Company support letter says we need H1b for 3 years and we have Client-1 contract and client letter till Feb 2015 - Will we get 3 years ? or only for 4 months or 1 year or 3 months ?
2. Does all transfers / concurrent H1b are given on basis of previous H1b duration ? Or is it considered different.
3. Now if we give a client letter mentioning that we are working in Client-1 .
and that my current H1 was given for Client-2 client , will they trouble my current H1b.
4. I dnt know why immigration is so complicated :P
