HI,
My current I797 is valid from 1/1/2014 to 12/31/2014. It does not have Visa stamping as I did not go outside of US in this year, till now. However I am planning to go to India on 27th November, 2014 and to return to US on 28th December, 2014.
I already have a I797 H1B extension approved and it is starting from 12/31/2014 to 12/31/2015.
I'll do US Visa stamping in India. My question is, still can I travel and return to US on 28th December, 2014? Is there any problem?
