    About Part time on H1B

    Dear Friends
    I m in US on H1B. I want to know that can I work part time here ligally with other company or can work only for my Employer ( Consultant).

    You can work part time for another employer if that employer files H1 visa for you to work part time for them.

      I seriously doubt it!!! legally you cannot go, join nd work, your part time employer got to file H1 for you, which enables you to work legally....
