CAN ANYONE GIVE AN URGENT SUGGESTION PLEASE
SCENARIO
I am in US on H1, changed from F1 to H1, transferrd from H1 to H1. I am from Chennai.
CALRIFICATION
I will have to got to India on business trip for my employer in the end of the first week of December, as it has come up suddenly. There are no dates for Chennai, but can I file under emergency, in Delhi or anyother palce and get H1 stamping, under the unforseen business criteria.
