My Employer submiited by H1B petition and it got approved and when i was planning to schedule visa interview, i reviewed the documents mailed to me . which consists of th I-129 Petition copy, Employer Mail to US Immigration services and the LCA documents.In which the document letter submitted by the Employer on the work and details to it under the section Petitioner/ Position/Employment terms, refers to another company named BBB with the full name as BBB-ZZZ. which is wrongly mentioned as we submitted for company AAA only.
Pls let know what needs to the further actions on this.The Points to note are:
1. I have submitted the intial documents with the client name as AAA for filing the petition to admin team.
2. As part of RFE as well, i have submitted the my company letter stating that i am going to work for AAA
3. As part of RFE, i have submitted the project description and Job Description as well in sync with the AAA company.
As part of the Current References from the document deck shared by Admin Team on the I129, LCA,Employer mail to US citizenship and Immigration services:
1. BBB-ZZZ is specified in the document deck shared to me by the Admin team, instead of AAA ,as part of the mail from US Petitioner to US Citizenship and Immgration services
2. As part of the Part5. Section of the I129 form, the Address where i will work has AAA address without the 'Company name' name in it. - 140,ADAM STREET
3. As part of LCA document, Place of Employment 1 has the AAA address without the 'Company name' name in it
Pls do the needful, as i have already submitted the DS160 form and about to schedule the VISA Interview.Pls let know whether i need to amend the petition
