I got my last H1B extension and the approval notice is valid from 12/31/2013 to 02/01/2016. But ideally I'm eligible for my H1B extension of stay from 12/31/2013 to 02/02/2015 and my six years of H1B will be over by 02/02/2015.
In that last extension I got one year additional up to 02/01/2016. The reason is, in the extension filling document I see the additional one year is given based on my Green card Labor processing at that time last year.
But due to some personal reasons my GC labor has been withdrawn last year.
Again my PERM has been initiated this year and submitted on 5/12/2014. So in this case the 365 days will be calculated based on my current approved petition date which is 02/01/2016 or my six year of H1B period end date of 02/02/2015.
Please clarify.
