H1-B Transfer from INDIA while never Travel to US ** URGENT HELP REQUIRED ***

Hi All,

I need urgent help required for my case ...

I am having valid ( STUMPED ) H1B VISA ( Till SEP-2016 ) but never travel to US due to some project issue with employer who processed my H1-B , and they revoked my petition.

Now few consultant are asking transfer my H1B from INDIA itself , I have few question regarding same -

1.) I know , it is possible while we are in INDIA , BUT MY QUESTION IS , ANY CHANCE OF REJECTION ?

2.) What is chance or we can say maximum possibilities to reject ?

3.) May I know if any body knows any good consultant in INDIA who can do this.
