current H1B visa expiring - Travel to India

Hello Everyone,
My current H1B visa expires on Nov 30th and I have the same date on I9 as 'valid to' date.
I have moved to new job and got my visa transfer approved and received I797 as well.
I am planning to travel to India on Dec 4th for 3 week vacation.
I have couple of questions:
1) Can I travel after Nov 30th since I have new H1B visa approved for another 3 years and have valid I797
2) Do I need to go for stamping before I come back since my visa transfer while I was in USA
