Regarding H-1 application which is withdrawn
Hi,
I applied for H-1 in 2013 through a consultant and the application is picked up in lottery and went to RFE saying some more documents needs to be provided.
Because of having issues with consultant, I had withdrawn the application before sending the response to RFE. Now the status in USCIS for this application is showing as below.
"On October 17, 2013, we mailed a notice acknowledging withdrawal of this application or petition I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of October 17, 2013, contact our customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If at some point in the future you wish to pursue the benefits provided by this application or petition, you must file a new application along with all applicable fees and evidence."
I am currently in US on L1A.
Now the question is, whether I can use this H-1 application now ?
If yes, Do I need to go with the same consultant ?
Please let me know the process.
