I have an H1-B and am employed on the basis of this Visa. Parallel to my present employment, I would like to start an LLC and do business. Does anybody know if the H1-B explicitly prohibits engaging in business activities?

Business with an H1-B
If I can start business, then the H1-B does not prohibit me to do business, and I would be doing business under the name of the LLC.
What do you mean by working for 'that company'? I would be buying and selling merchandise for myself, and I would be the only one in the LLC ?
